Oakleigh Cases specialise in the design and manufacture of CNC routed foam inserts to protect, promote and present your products. The inserts work well with Peli and Storm cases.

Oakleigh Cases uses the 3D Solid Works Design programme to design the insert to accommodate all the items required to be protected, displayed or transported in the Peli, Storm or flight case.

Oakleigh Cases can work with files in many formats including: DXF, DWF,DWG, BMP, JPG, SLD, SLD PRT, and SLD ASM. This option is particularly convenient if the customer is unable to release the products.

The insert itself is routed at our own CNC Machining Centre in Potters Bar from closed cell Plastazote Foam. The plastazote foam is available in a variety of densities and in anti static form where required.

Plastazote is available in a range of colours to enhance the presentation of your product.
