We have had a very successful start to 2008; sales are up by 30% on last year, a direct result of process streamlining, a new price plan and investment in state-of-the-art technology. Oakleigh Cases has spent the first quarter of this year concentrating our marketing and PR efforts at two major industry exhibitions: IPOT in Birmingham and Oceanology in London.

 

We are now an authorised distributor of Peli cases, which further enhances our readymade case offering. Oakleigh already supplies a range of readymade cases from well known brands including Hofbauer, SKB, Storm, Zarges and Gator.

Oakleigh Cases specialise in the design and manufacture of CNC routed foam inserts which are used in our cases to protect, promote and present clients products. We use Solid Works, a 3D design programme, to design the foam insert to accommodate all items required to be protected, displayed or transported in the case.

Road Trunks are the work horses of many industries and are used across a variety of sectors including events, broadcasting, exhibitions, AV and concert touring, in all sectors the trunks are used to transport equipment that is sensitive, valuable or large in size/heavy in weight.  Road Trunks can be made to exact size and specification but they all follow the basic construction specification of the 4’ Road Trunk.

Advent commissioned Oakleigh Cases to supply travel cases for satellite flyaway equipment that will be used for news and sporting events. Advent’s satellite uplinks are used throughout the world to transmit high quality broadcast video to news rooms throughout the world, particularly from countries at war or those that have been hit by natural disasters.
