Experience - we have 25 years experience protecting equipment First things first - before designing the case we discuss with you how the case and or equipment is to be used and then decide on the important design features for your case.

The prime function of a flight case is to ensure that your equipment is protected for the life of the product. To achieve this we use rabbeted construction methods and the highest quality fastenings and fittings. For further information please click on the "construction" button.

Timescale - We are well aware of the varying needs of our corporate customers. Some customers work months in advance with extensive planning periods. Other customers particularly in the Hire Industry can buy the equipment off the shelf one day and need the case ready for a hire the next day. We understand your needs and work around your timescale.

Measuring - we can come to your offices to measure up or if you prefer you can bring the equipment to us and we will be able to show you round our factory at Potters Bar. Alternatively we can work from our extensive data base or from drawings or sketches.

Quotation - For corporate customers we guarantee a rapid quotation (generally 24 hours from measuring the equipment)

After Sales - Our cases are designed to last and the do. Many of the Road Trunks we made 25 years ago are still in regular use. However, from time to time cases do get damaged e.g. castors ripped off, corners damaged by a drop and we provide a repair service.

JIT - we arrange our Production Schedule to accommodate the JIT policies of many of our customers including those in the Hire Industry
